e-Seikatsu is an IT company that aims to solve social issues through its business itself, with the mission of "making the real estate market better with technology." We will provide opportunities for digitization of operations to the real estate industry, which is a representative of Japan's small business, and develop the business toward the realization of an attractive real estate industry and real estate market that meets the convenience needs of end users.

We will also contribute to the development of society as a good corporate citizen through legal compliance and corporate governance.

<Consideration for the environment>


・Reduction of environmental load in the real estate industry

The real estate industry has traditionally been one of the industries that make heavy use of paper resources. Our service is a service that encourages real estate companies to curb the use of paper resources, and we believe that spreading our service will lead to the effective use of paper resources throughout the industry.

In addition, our service digitally replaces opportunities such as face-to-face sales activities premised on the movement of end users and property tours using vehicles, which were commonplace in the conventional real estate industry. We believe that we will realize a real estate business that is in line with the Wiz Corona era.


<Social responsibility>


・Creation of advanced IT human resources

We recognize that it is important for us to contribute to the creation of advanced IT human resources that support value creation in order for us to develop as an IT company. We are co-sponsoring the engineer community, various conferences, and competitive programming contests for the purpose of technological improvement.

In addition, by co-sponsoring the "Information Olympics" in which high school students and younger participate, we are supporting activities to find and train students with mathematical information science problem-solving abilities and to create future advanced IT human resources.


・Promotion of health management

The health of all employees is positioned as the basis of corporate value creation, and the "Health Management Declaration" has been established, and the "Health Management Excellent Corporation" certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to link health maintenance to corporate value. We have been certified as "Health Management Excellent Corporation 2021".

As specific measures, we are implementing health promotion activities such as the company's burden of influenza vaccination, free provision of certain health examinations according to age, opening of in-house massage rooms and holding of stretching classes.

In addition, paid nursing leave is provided separately from regular paid leave (6 days a year for each child) so that employees can be fully involved in family health management. We consider the health of not only our employees but also their families.

In principle, we do not transfer employees to work away from family, and we support the realization of a healthy living environment both at work and at home.

・Support for childcare

As a member of society, we believe that understanding and support for childcare is an urgent issue, and we provide various support to employees who are raising children, such as the provision of childcare support allowances. Based on the fact that children's entrance to elementary school is a hurdle to continue working (children return home earlier but parents return later), we have implemented a system that allows shorter working hours up to the age of the third grade of elementary school (up from the age of 3, which is what the law requires), and we are continuing our efforts to go beyond legal requirements and establish it as a culture in the company.


・Sponsorship of university athletic club activities

We co-sponsor several domestic university sports associations and athletic club activities. Focusing on the fact that the activities of independent management by the students themselves, trial and error, and repeated ingenuity in the face of various shortages are the analogies of entrepreneurship and corporate activities. We believe that it will create management personnel, and we are continuing activities to support such club activities.
