The real estate market is a very important market that is directly linked to the lives of all people. The market is now about to evolve significantly with the power of technology.

The real estate industry is a huge market that accounts for about 12% of GDP, but since it deals with "immovable" products, there are many small and medium-sized businesses that aim to be close to the community in the regional trade areas throughout Japan. The number of licensed realtor (real estate brokerage) is about 120,000 and will be even larger if we include companies that are engaged in the real estate management business. Companies operating these real estate businesses and real estate management businesses are our potential customer base.

As there are many small businesses, and the scale of each company is a constraint, IT / system related investment is not often implemented, and the situation is that IT is still in the future. On the other hand, considering the convenience of general consumers who are customers of real estate companies, the improvement of management efficiency and productivity of real estate companies themselves, implementing IT is inevitable. How can we deliver "IT" to such a market?Our answer was to have the required system used as a cloud / SaaS in a subscription (continuous billing) model.

With the vision of "becoming an indispensable information infrastructure for the real estate market" toward the achievement of mission of "making the real estate market better with technology" , we are creating a new market area of "information technology x real estate" in the huge real estate market with a market size of about 60 trillion yen. We are developing a business that promotes the real estate industry and the DX of the real estate market by evolving the business of our customer, the real estate business operator, with technology.

We provide cloud/SaaS based system applications on a subscription basis (continuous billing model), to solve management issues for real estate companies such as the following:

In order to meet such needs, we develop system application (SaaS), and provide consulting and support for customers. We promote DX in real estate market, where majority of business are relatively small and medium-sized companies. We contribute to improving the productivity of real estate companies and develop services that enable real estate companies to provide a more convenient real estate trading experience for general consumers.
We take advantage of our unique position as a SaaS that specializes in the real estate market, is industry-specific, and aims for vertical expansion, and expands the service area so that our services can be used in every situation in the real estate market. Aiming to become an indispensable information and transaction infrastructure for the real estate market, we are contributing to improving the productivity of real estate companies and improving the convenience of consumers.
